After watching 3 police cruisers and 2 fire trucks come barreling down Birney Place/Eaton Road today--and subsequently getting stuck--I have officially made my second request to have our street plowed. This time, however, I made my request online, at the 311 call center site, which allows me to get a tracking number. If you put in your email address, you'll even get a confirmation email with a link with which you can track your request.
It will be interesting to see if/when our street is cleared and if it has anything to do with my request, or rather the emergency personnel getting stuck. I guess we should all be thankful though, that the fire trucks were able to back out and not end up like this guy...
